I have a real problem with delegating. I don’t like to ask for help, so I just don’t most of the time. I am really trying to do better at this and realize that I am not a robot and that I can not possibly do everything by myself.

Let’s go over the task of arranging your office furniture so it makes filing much easier.
It’s best to have a small filing cabinet that you store everyday files in, within arms reach from your desk. If you are constantly having to get up to file your papers, 9 times out of 10 you will stack it on your desk to “file later”.

I have found that a lot of business owner’s computers are a mess. I know mine has been from time to time. I like to go through every once and awhile and declutter my computer. I feel it’s just as important as a decluttered desk.
