An additional line for the fax is not only convenient but looks and sounds much more professional.

I agree Kelly. I have found that a physical fax line is not always as effective for my business, however. As a productivity consultant, I am frequently not in the office when I need to receive a fax. I now use eFax. It is an excellent system that allows me to have faxes sent at any time and they show up as PDF files in my email. If I need to, I can then forward the attachment to any other person that works for the company for follow up. I also love it because it is a GREEN solution. I usually do not need to print the fax, so it stays electronic. I pay under 18 a month for the service.

I quite agree with this tip.
