All about meme (thanks Kelly)
I just got tagged by Kelly Phillips Erb over at her politics blogspot (and you can also find her here at b5 writing taxgirl.
I’m supposed to write 7 things you might not know about me. So here goes:
1. Guinness Book world record: I was a participant in a record-setting kazoo band performance (over 2000 people) last summer in Keizer, Oregon.
2. Thanks to a new law passed by the Oregon legislature, my partner and I can make our relationship official - so we’ll be getting hitched this May.
3. I have my BA in French - et ce n’est pas tres utile. Except when I’m talking to poodles.
4. Speaking of which, I learned Canine through a program to train shelter dogs. Let me tell you: “woof” is just the beginning.
5. I love to travel abroad and have been to Ireland, France, Dominica, St. Maartin, Mexico, and Alaska. Okay, so the last one is a US state, but it felt like another country.
6. In my spare time, I love geocaching. If you haven’t tried it, check it out. It’s like a world-wide treasure hunt - nerdy, wholesome, and fun.
7. I’m happiest when I’m near water - whether it’s the Pacific Ocean or my bathtub. Pretty sure it’s a Pisces thing.
Yup, that’s me for starters.
