(www.myorganizedbiz.com) - We just keep plugging away here, everyone. Next up - number twenty-one. That would have to be another piece of software, called Mail Act-On.
It has changed the way I deal with my e-mail. I can run through my inbox and process mail faster than I thought possible. And it’s all due to mail rules that assign actions to certain keystrokes. So when you want to move a piece of mail, instead of clicking and dragging, you press two keys. Done!
That alone is worth using a Mac. When I’m using a Windows computer, I find myself longing for quick keystrokes to file mail. It is a huge help. And I’ll go into it more at a later date. I promise.
