Wooden Boxes for Organizing

Some people are very creative in the organizational tools for their desks. In previous posts, I’ve mentioned different types of organizers I’ve found on teachers’ desks when I’ve been substitute teaching.
Today I discovered a simple wooden box. It apparently originally was a small desk drawer with wooden pull. It had dovetailed corners and wear marks.
However, it worked well on the teacher’s old wooden desk. (Some teachers at this school seem to prefer the big old oak desks with a modern computer desk beside it.)
Inside, the drawer was divided into compartments for organizing. Whether these were modern installations or the drawer’s original design, I don’t know. But this worked well for the teacher.
You also can use wooden crates for organizing your materials in your office. For books, files and other items.
Do you utilize wooden organizers of any type for your office?
